Report content or request removal
Use the Safety and Removal Center for content or account concerns, including intimate images shared without consent (TAKE IT DOWN), child safety, threats, harassment, impersonation and intellectual property. You do not need a Doji account. Choose the category that best fits your concern.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Do not send or forward suspected child sexual abuse material.
Appeal a moderation decision
In the app, open Settings, then Account Status to review a decision and its appeal options. If you cannot access the app, contact support with the decision reference, if available. Do not include private images or sign-in codes.
Challenge or notification issue
Include the approximate time, your timezone, the challenge title, and whether Doji was open, in the background, or closed. A push alert helps you know the Doji is live, but the app always checks the server for the authoritative participation window.
Posts, comments, or reactions
If activity is not updating, confirm you have a connection and reopen the relevant feed or thread. If the committed activity still does not appear, send us the usernames involved and the approximate time. Do not repeatedly submit the same action.
Report or block someone
Open the relevant post, comment, or member profile and use its action menu. Report sends the content to moderation. Block removes the account and its content from your experience immediately. Use both controls when you want immediate separation and a moderation review. We review objectionable-content reports within 24 hours.
Notifications
Open Settings, then Notification settings to choose your alert categories. Also confirm Doji notifications are enabled in iPhone Settings. Clearing an in-app notification removes it from your Doji account across devices and reinstalls.
Delete your account
Open Profile, Settings, then Delete account. For more detail or if you cannot access the app, use our account deletion instructions.
Privacy or security concern
Email support@dojipro.com with enough detail for us to investigate. Do not include passwords, sign-in codes, or sensitive private media.
